New Building Supervision
- Assessing shipyards building facilities/capabilities ensuring expected quality levels

Vessel Conversion

Project Management
In the transhipment but generally in any project we have worked on, after having developed the design and supervised the construction, we always managed the operations. In this way we had a continuous feedback from the field and that has been the key factor that allowed us to improve the efficiency and the performance of the vessel.
Engineering Design
Like in the construction industry, design is essential to the success of the project; if the foundations are well designed then the steel and concrete structures of the building are strongly supported and with the correct balance; this is also true when talking about ships, where good design ensures higher efficiency, reducing running costs and increasing the residual value of the vessel.
- Optimization of preliminary ship design
- Plans, design drawings and maker’s instruction books will be analyzed to guarantee suitability with contractual plans and specifications and compliance with flag/class rules;
- Attention to vetting requirements and future legislation coming in force.
- Critical areas for construction and through-life maintenance are identified, in order to incorporate the very highest standards of safety, quality and reliability, focusing on operational design improvement and trouble free operation;
